This is one of the best pet and its accessories, food supply stores in Edmonton. It's a great place to visit with family especially kids. There are many birds and smaller animals that you can pet. It's such a unique experience. The staff are very helpful. Will recommend this place to others. There is a grooming center beside the store with accessibility entrance through the store also.

2 female employees were absolutely fantastic. Didn't get their names. However, Jeff, not a fan. Was grumpy for whatever reason and when other customers were leaving, they said have a great day" and he just glared. Not a friendly person. Should probably not work in that environment if he's unwilling to be somewhat joyful."

I went here after just moving and found it really nice. You can get better quality and better price than petsmart. Also compared to other pet stores, this one had much cleaner cages. Would recommend to any pet parents.

Jeff was a lifesaver in helping us with our 12 finches he went above and beyond to give us advise and help us in setting up bird toys to keep them entertained thanks Jeff! The staff are all good very helpful.

Staff here was excellent. Very knowledgeable about rabbits. Told me what I needed, was very helpful and polite. Spent alot of time helping me get the supplies I needed

I really am impressed with this place :) Jesse was super helpful when we both came into the store to view the hamsters and when we came back to purchase one. I also loved that the store calls you a couple days after the pet adoption to see how things are going.
