Tesla Sales and Service Centre

Promised to give the next car week and after putting some down payment the rep told me that the car is not available because of some ports strike. Why was this not communicated to me before putting the down payment. I told my old car relying on Tesla, now we do not have a car and my handicapped father and mother has to take a cab. This is not done here, I am going to write names of the reps who made false promises to us.PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOWROOM as they cannot keep up to their promises. We purchased a 2023 Y model, it has been less than 3 months and we faced issued with connectivity between the Tesla mobile app and the vehicle. We contacted Tesla who then came out and towed the car to their service location in Langley. We were informed initially the vehicle service will be complete the same day at 3pm. We later got informed it will be longer than this. It has been a week and we have had no vehicle or loaner provided. We were not consulted regarding the vehicle being kept for a longer period of time. We even received a phone call the first day it was taken in yo service and advised they found no issue with the vehicle yet they still kept it to further diagnose which is understandable. However, a loaner provided day one would have made this process a lot easier. There is no way if contacting them as we have tried several times during the week. We even showed up at the Langley location after several unsuccessful attempts and was told they still need to keep the car as it has not been serviced which contradicts the phone call we received on the first day stating they checked the vehicle and found no issue. Christ at the service reception advised he can arrange a loaner but it will have to be in 3 days time which is ridiculous! He then said he will try to arrange one for the following day and contact us. It us the next day and we are yet to hear back. We have no response from them and no vehicle! Totally rubbish service. And paying the amount we are for this vehicle you would think the service would match up. Clearly not. Disappointed is an understatement.

I feel compelled to give TESLA LANGLEY a shout out. In every interaction I have had here over the past 2 years they have exceeded my expectations. Yesterday was no different, I pulled in with an awful screeching coming from my wheel, no appointment just drove in. Jeevan hopped on the case and within minutes had a tech inspecting the wheel, they found a rock lodged in the caliper, popped it out on the spot and I was on my way quickly, no charge!! Just a smile and witty comment, we heard you coming"!! I addition to this on another occasion I got a same day windshield replacement when I took a big bouncing rock on the freeway

I've never been in a Tesla before and honestly I was skeptical they all look the same and kind of a monstrosity at best. But when you ride in a Tesla your experience and understanding of the world and how things should be changes immensely. Imagine with me a 360° on screen camera that tells you what the lights are doing where the traffic is going what the signals and directions are are happening what obstacles you're avoiding. Everything flows so comfortably in a Tesla my goodness I've got to say If Heaven had a car it would be a Tesla

This review is long overdue, I received my MYP in flawless condition with exceptional customer experience. At the time of pickup, their sales advisor gave me a detailed tutorial on how to pilot the spaceship and answered any questions I had throughout the delivery process.When I needed a service repair, their team fit me in as soon as they could with incredible same-day turnover time. On top of that, the service advisor followed up with me every step of the way keeping me in the loop upon vehicle completion.Their mobile service team is flawless. Super friendly staff that goes above and beyond the typical service repair.In short, exceptional staff doing their job– and then some. Would recommend!

Made an appointment for 8:30 am and we had our car in right on time. A day and a half later, they still had not even looked at our car, much less began servicing it. The problems and scope had been determined when we dropped the car off. There was little communication and we were left in limbo not knowing when the car might be ready. No updates. After a day and a half of no progress we cancelled the appointment and retreived our car. Compounded by an hour drive each way, this service center wasted four hours of our time, a day and a half without our car and was an all round extremely frustrating experience. We will stick with the Vancouver service center moving forward.

First experience at this Tesla dealership. I would never come here for servicing 5 hours to change two light bulbs one time and they didn't even look at my car. I'm waiting here for 2 hours. West 4th is way better, even Powell Street.
