St. Louis Bar & Grill
A terrible St. Louis Bar & Grill. Location is difficult to find. The servers all hung out in the corner table and around the bar. Rarely did they come to check up on our table. It felt like we were imposing on their space the entire visit. The wings were good although only after we ordered a second round of wings did the server mention that there was an all you can eat special but that our first order didn't apply. The lone bright spot was a different server that took over for the end of our visit. She was pleasant and professional.

The wings were on point, done to perfection. I will definitely be back!!!The young person who took my owner was pleasant and quite helpful when I couldn't decide what kind of wings to order.

Best chicken wings in TO!Very consistent in taste, the hot wing sauce is very unique and has an amazing taste. You wanna keep eating. Fries are also amazingly tasty. Not just regular fries. Worth a try my friends.

General very good...Very nice service... good food, tasty was good.... the only reason for the 4 stars, it took a little long... guess not enough waitress there.. but both were very nice, kindly and helpful.. just missing maybe 1 more?!Definitely recommend, if not too many people for sure the service would be better...Not the ladies fault tho. Loved their service...

Sunday June 11th 2023 at 8:10PMMy friends and I (which is a total of 7 adults) requested at the front desk for service. The waitress at the front went to the back to talk to a manager and came back to tell us word for word “we don't have enough tables” when clearly there was two tables with chairs stacked up on them. Then she replied with “we don't have enough servers available” there were people behind us waiting to be served as well and got taken in before us. We ended up leaving the restaurant very disgusted, annoyed and disappointed at the fact that this really happened. I hope many people see this and understand how horrible of a restaurant this is just at the front door. Regardless, if the servers are in a horrible mood or inexperienced there are different ways to approach this situation positively but this place has too much negative energy. I hope this place does strive because people deserve to be treated and served well

I usually get the takeout wing special, but for indoor dining, I wanted to try something I don’t usually get. I got their special poutine, and it was delicious! They ask you to pick a wing sauce, so I picked my favourite - hot honey! This was around $16. The sanitation wipes are something I look forward to, when I go to St Louis!

I visited with a friend to enjoy some wings and I must say that I had excellent service. Our server Nisha did a fantastic job. She was so cheerful, attentive, and very diligent. She has a very positive personality and is customer service friendly. It was her first day and if she did not tell us, we would not have known she approached her job as if she was here forever. With professionalism and kept checking in on how we were doing.Nisha I want to say thank you thank you for making the end of my day so enjoyable ☺️. Keep up the training and you will soon be your own manager.And thanks for the birthday cake...very very delicious

service is horrible. This, place has been suffering from staff shortage for few years now, food preparation is good, quality of food is ok. expect long wait for food, we were ignored at our table for at least 20 minutes, it was so bad that we had to walk to the bar and complain. time waisted here. free parking is available. Tables and washrooms are clean.
