Recently carried out interior painting work at our home and dealt with Maya and Elise who were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and went above and beyond to answer my questions. The colour matching was perfect after I brought them some paint chips and I highly recommend dropping by this location for all your painting needs. I will be returning as a future customer. I generally don't like leaving poor reviews, however my husband and I didn't have the best experience. There were three employees working and in the 45 minutes we were walking around the small shop, looking totally clueless, not one offered any help and once we approached the counter the gentleman that helped us was short and a little rude (idk maybe he was having a bad day..)I will say the paint we chose was matched well and we were happy with the results after painting the house. I just really wish our experience was more pleasant as this was an exciting day for us. But how could they know right...anyways not the best customer service but good quality paint.

Elizabeth has helped me with paint selections on a few occasions and she's fantastic! Another lady assisted today, and also provided equally excellent customers service.On a few occasions, I had the unfortunate experience of being served" by a fellow and the lack of service was atrocious. It would appear having to serve customers was a bother; his phone was took priority and provided the least information possible. I actually left the store and purchased at Sherwin Williams.5 Starts for the excellent customer service... now that I know which employees to interact with :)*Very happy with the Regal line of paint

Whoops!While I was attempting to take my 94 yr old mother in law, her walker and 2 gallons of paint( Iknow I know...bad idea) the walker popped a wheelie and splat went my $200 worth of paint.The staff, Elizabeth and Chance went above and beyond to help me. They salvaged and filtered as much as they could and even tried to clean the splattered walker.Now that's service!Thank you again for all of your help.PatriciaLong Time Client

Recently I visited West Toronto Paint and Wallpaper for the first time. I called ahead regarding a couple of colour matches that I needed and Stephen was very patient answering my questions. Therefore I took my doors in but the one door was a difficult match. I took it back and Stephen tried to alter it without success and simply said to leave it with him and he would do a perfect match at no charge. Great paint. Surprisingly good prices. Real service. Will never buy paint from big box stores again.Big box stores needed 6 days to prepare a paint order for me. Inferior paint, $30 more for the full order. West Toronto paint filled my order in 15 minutes, far better paint, cheaper than the big box store. Excellent service, thank you.

I asked Maya a ton of questions on how to paint and what tools to use for Interior painting of my home. Very knowledgable, amazing customer service. Great quality paint , supplies, and brushes. After using her advice on several techical painting issues my place turn out completely satisfying. Im very happy.

Great customer service! Knowledgeable staff plus they had a fantastic suggestion to make sample boards to help pick my colours. I found it hard to decide based off a tiny chip. A couple bucks for a board and $7 for each of the tiny jars of paint I'm considering. They even had little rollers. I highly recommend this place!
