The service team arrived promptly as scheduled. A diagnosis of the issues with the Whirlpool Gold refrigerator/freezer was made quickly, and they had the new brand part on hand (which they showed me to assure it was not a recycled part). In addition, the fridge/freezer was thoroughly inspected to determine what caused the malfunction which was also quickly uncovered. The service team was efficient and effective. The first 1/2 hour work is included in the service fee. There was no spoiled foods in either fridge or freezer given their timely inspection and repair of the problem! Thank you!

Our fridge all of a sudden started warming up plus we had some problems with the bottom freezer leeking over the last 6 months. Called Fridgerepair in the morning and they were able to send out a wonderful technician team (Joe) that same evening.They quickly diagnosed the problem, had all the parts that were needed in their van and the whole job was done in less than 1 hour.We had a great experience and are very happy with the service and professionalism of the technicians.As with a service of this type the bill is usually pretty steep but did not feel it was unreasonable.Thanks! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My telephone call was relayed promptly by the answering service and within a half hour I spoke with a representative and booked a service call. The technician arrived on-time, diagnosed the problem and serviced my older refrigerator in minutes. They were careful moving the appliance and very clean when working. 'Peace of mind' sums up my experience. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the service and efficiency of this company. I called at the last minute yet they promised to be here by end of day and they were. They were able to assess the assess the situation within 5 minutes, had the part already on stock and had the fridge back up and running within 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable in their profession but more importantly honest . Highly recommend.

Ottawa Refrigerator Repair serviced our digital refrigerator even though it was Good Friday and we live an hour and a half outside of Ottawa. Tamara and Marcel arrived at 11 o'clock and by noon they were done. Great service! Very competent! Extended service hours! Highly recommended! We'll be using their services in the future.

Pros: They responded quickly to a fridge emergency, and provided a temporary solution while they ordered a replacement part. Very good communication. The technician arrived within the time windows given (although both times it was closer to the later end).Cons: If they were able to provide a more exact service window, time off from work wouldn't have to have been taken. Also, they charged $30 more for the replacement part than it costs, with shipping, on partselect.ca.They still get 4 stars from me for their quick response time and interim fix.

I like the way this company operates! I e-mailed them the issue with my refrigerator at night and they responded within minutes. After a couple of e-mail exchanges we decided an appointment was necessary. I made the appointment the next day and the day after that they came to the house in the evening once I was home from work. The technicians diagnosed the issue in a couple of minutes and had the unit repaired fifteen minutes after that. I appreciated that they had the part that they needed to perform the repair with them. I would use their service again.

The repair team arrived as scheduled. Quickly figured out the root cause, and explained it to me. They then quickly proceeded with a repair process. I had a fully functional fridge back within an hour of their arrival.They were very professional and courteous. I'd definitely use their service again for any refrigerator issues.

After I submitted a service request online, I got a call within an hour and in-home service that night! The pricing of the work was promptly explained so nothing was a surprise. The fridge repair took them 30 minutes to complete. They also gave us some very useful tips to improve the working of our fridge. I would absolutely recommend Ottawa Refrigerator Repair.

Although we were without a fridge/freezer for 3 days overall the repair team were very knowledgeable and upfront and honest - very refreshing. We were delayed a day as the techs got held up at another job and could not come until the next evening. Overall the job was done efficiently and in a timely manner once we got the part and time to do the repair. Evening repair was great to have. Maybe a little more cleanup after the job (dust bunnies, dirty floor) but nothing hard to clean up ourselves.
