This is one of the only spots I can stop with my rig, so I'm here often. The wait times are ridiculous no matter what time your here the average wait tim is 15mins but I've also waited almost 30 mins for a single combo. The foods always pretty decent though. The also xare more about the drive through customers than walk ins

Used to be a good location when it first opened. Late at night it’s drive thru only, at a truck stop!! I guess drivers who run nights don’t deserve to get a warm meal or fill up reusable water bottles

I have been using the app to do most of my ordering from here. Usually the food isn't ready by the time I get there, so there's a small wait. However, we usually get it hot and fresh...once in a while, we don't. The service is usually very good. The staff is always very happy and willing to make any corrections.

Horrible service at the Great Northern location. Waited extra time for the Impossible burger, that's fine.Burger came out cold, not made at all like we ordered it, & barely any toppings on it. Paid extra for the cheese we didn't get. Onion rings came out soggy and cold without the dipping sauce we ordered.Now I get to heat up literally the entire meal at home... If in the Sault, it's worth the extra time to drive down to the Trunk Rd location as they seem to know how cook a meal correctly, never again will we waist money at the Great Northern location.

I made an order on Uber eats for cheeseburgers with no pickles and mustard all 4 burgers came with everything on it. I had called them to let them know and their excuse was it was hard for them to read it and didn’t have time to read it properly because there were other orders that needed to get done. Gave us extra fries so I guess that’s good:/

I sent my daughter in the with 20 bucks to get Cheese sticks and a large sprit. THEY RIPPED A LITTLE KID OFF! Cause hey you only get 20s out of an ATM
