I enjoy shopping at this Pet Value location and visiting the cats they have for adoption. While other Pet Value stores allow the cats out of the cage, this store doesn't seem to. I believe Goose has been in this cage for close to 2 weeks now! The store needs a bigger cage to house a cat in it 24/7. I hope someone takes him home for Family Day!

Fix the washing area! All of the other pet value's put effort into maintaining the dog washing areas.

My dog loves there toys one in particular helps with her anxiety has lavender scent when dog squeeze nose. Plus the blanket helps as a soother as well.

I always came to pet valu for dog wash. But this location was my first time and i won’t come again. I just finish the dog wash for my dog. The price is a bit different than the other location when I checked out. I thought that was a credit card fee or sth, I didn’t point it out at the cashier but I saw my receipt with “roundup donation” just now.It was just a small amount for the round up donation but it would be NICE if the lady ask me for donation.I just can’t believe the staff charged from my credit card without telling me that, even though that was a small amount but bad experience for the first time visit.

Came in the other day for a few things, and I'm glad I did. I had many questions as being a new pet owner and the lady I spoke with (Kenzie) was phenomenal, answered every question i had and even showed me everything I needed. Will be back again just because of her!

They have lots different shampoo and area is clean. Only problem is vacuum, really weak. Almost don't work! Everything else is in good condition!

I visited this Pet value to wash my American Bulldog. The water was like warm and didnt seem to warm up, after 15min the water started to get even colder. I told the cashier and she immediately tried to resolve the problem but there wasn't nothing she could personally do. She was incredibly nice and proffesional and did not charge me for the shower, I wasn't going to return to this location but since she was such a sweetheart I will be coming back for sure. Note to owner of this location. Make sure you have hot water running in your showers, I had to wash my dog in cold water and thats unacceptable. Your lucky you have such amazing staff including your groomer or I would of given this review a 1 star.

Leave here with a smile every time thanks to the incredible staff. The very knowledgeable manager has been a huge help in finding the best food for my picky pets and always has helpful tips for behavior issues as well!

Had a delightful visit this weekend the girls who were working were very polite and very knowledgeable, the girl who has the blue hair recommended a food for my picky eater and he took to it the moment I put some in his dish.
