The customer service skill of their front desk staff has room for improvement. I called to get a quotation of $120 but when I arrived for my appointment, they increased the price to $180. I explained to the receptionist but he kept showing me what their internal system looks like taking advantage of asymmetric information. The labor cost on their price boards reads $120. The staff member kept arguing with the customer on how they price things which is irrelevant because the customer was not told all these details when asking for the quotation. I wasted the entire morning arguing with their staff on something that is totally unkown to the client. I'm so frustrated that their staff members use the mechanism of their internal system against innocent customers.

Amazing service by Manoj and his team. I have been here several times with all of my vehicles and it’s consistently been a great experience. Extremely knowledgeable, great pricing, quick service, proficient, honest and transparent.I’ve been to other shops and nothing compares to the excellent service you receive with these guys. I will continue bringing my business here and I would recommend anyone else to do the same. You won’t be disappointed.

Javid has maintained my cars for years. He has never over charged me or tried to fix something that wasn’t broken. I trust him. This shop is clean and has excellent service. Manoj is very kind and helpful. If you are looking for an honest machanic, I would definitely recommend this place.

this is my favourite place to go clean my car as is. However yesterday, i made the not so smart decision to keep my music on while i cleaned. My car battery died but the gentleman working helped to boost my car and guide me through the whole thing since has never happened to me before. Great place all around!
