To many horrible unsupportive things have hapoend to me qith this agency they made me feel worse each tike i tried to acces care wish i had the great experance other posters had u was a complete dall through of the system . They gave me a panick attack so badly today i pssed out and she hubg up 9n ke there expect coherent convos from ppl who are in crisis and they hqng up insted of gelpping or tqlking to anyone on3 your c9ntact info they really dont care i give up

If you need help and suffering from depression or other elements, this is the place for you. Connect with CMHA and arrange a meeting with a professional. You mat have to wait a bit but it's worth it. The staff is 100% devoted.

I am a patient of Dr. Kasbia and I find him to be very easy to work on my mental health issues, he listens and helps you find the right way through my complex problems. He has helped me to find healthy ways to help my brain find a good way to operate. I have also participated in many learning groups and in those groups I have been taught ways to train my brain to respond to anxiety and disassociation issues. Some that I participated in are ERG which is emotional regulation group and DBT and I have learned so much.I am very grateful for this health care service.
