I am very supportive of previous comments. Richard returned three times and spent several hours assisting me with ideas and created many designs prior to final quote. He was punctual in starting project, very professional and meticulous in his attention to detail and leaving site clean at end of each day. He takes great pride in his work. We are very happy with work that Richard did on our deck(s). He offered some great advice from the get-go and we trusted his input. His attention to detail and quality of workmanship is second to none....the screws are literally lined up in a row and he planed the joist so that it would be level and true!Both decks passed on the first inspection. Richard built me the most beautiful deck and i could not be happier. He was meticulous and it shows in the finished product. It was clear from the start that he is very experienced and and excellent tradesman. He delivered the materials to the house which he kept very neat and tidy in the yard. He picked up after himself throughout each day and removed any garbage from the property daily. We applied for a permit with the city of Edmonton and submitted all his drawings. The city inspector issued us our permit without hesitation and mentioned how impressed he was with the quality of our deck install. Great job Richard. We are very satisfied with our new deck from Aurora. First rate all the way. It started with the initial visit by Richard and Lyndon. From the computerized sketch to price quote they were very complete. And the build by Lyndon was amazing. Right down to a couple recommended tweaks that made the deck build look so much better, And to top it off Lindsay in the office offered quick and complete update throughout the entire process. Richard completed my deck last fall so this year has been the first spring and summer we have been able to enjoy the deck and boy do we love it! I had gotten a few quotes but Aurora Decks was the lowest who had actual experience with PVC decking. The deck is about 400 square feet with a shed underneath and a gorgeous privacy wall on one side.

We are extremely satisfied with our new deck from Aurora Custom Decks. Family and friends have also commented on the new deck. Richard returned twice so we could re-chose the colour, was very detailed in the construction of the deck and cleaned up every night. I would highly recommend Aurora Custon Decks.
