I bought a replacement toner cartridge for my Samsung lazer printer as a spare. I later went to use it but it would only fill the page with black. I returned to the store in order to have it exchanged but was refused because it was beyond the warantee period. I believe that because the cartridge was defective and not used, that they should have helped me even beyond warantee. Instead they accused me of lying. I will not go back.
