It was a great experience. They answered all my questions clearly and professionally.

I received amazing customer service from Insurance Advisor, Bharat Alang, at the Tillicum Mall location. He went out of his way to fix an error that occurred on my insurance last year. He could have told me to contact ICBC to have the error fixed but, instead, he spent almost an hour on the phone with ICBC to fix it for me. Without this corrected, my insurance would have cost more. At a time when customer service is disappearing, Bharat went over and above and I really appreciate all that he did. Thank you Bharat!!

It was quick , smooth and easy. Binita answered all of my questions in really simple way since I didn’t knew anything. Definitely an asset to the company .

My husband and I visited the Tillicum Branch Western Coast insurance this past weekend. We first spoke to Val, she was friendly and knowledgeable regarding our car insurance questions. We had to leave and come back prior to finalizing our our insurance needs that day. When we went back to the branch later in the day, we sat with team lead Darin (as Val was with another client). Darin efficiently processed our insurance and he was also friendly, professional and knowledgeable as we asked further questions during the process. Staff are always willing to go above and beyond to give you good service. Went in to ask a few questions about my insurance and all my questions were met with answers that went to answered my inquiries and much more. They are fast with their service and also great at their jobs. Would recommend to anyone.

I went to renew my car insurance on Oct 21st at 9am in the morning and was pleased to find there was only one person ahead of me. I was greeted by a very pleasant young man who assured me I will be taken care of very quickly. In a matter of minutes a black haired young girl escorted me to her desk situated in the middle of the office.In a matter of minutes of brief conversation she established , in my opinion, as one of the rudest and unfriendly agents I have ever encountered. Her condescending manner and limited explanations only underlined her sparkling " personality.One question was answered with...AS I said before!!...as she rolled her eyes in disgust. At this point

Maybe the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Was left sitting there for 20 minutes without even someone saying hello. Staff contiued to sit at their desks without looking up. When asked how long until they close, staff member barked SOON". Perhaps dont choose to be in customer service if you arent cut out for it. Will never return."

I went to the Tillicum Branch Western Coast Insurance yesterday to get insurance on a car I need to sell.Getting this insurance was definitely not the norm and Bharat Alang was extremely patient and helpful while I tried to navigate the best insurance for my needs.
