Bought 2 yards of natural mulch. Got it home and it was more mud then mulch. The picture on their website shows clean wood mulch, what I got was dirt with large chunks of wood in it.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. They gave me a quote to lift my house and re-do foundation with ICF, I accepted and gave them 20% deposit. They did NOT do the job on the original date we agreed on and blamed it on things being backed up because of Covid so ICF blocks never came in and we needed to wait. Once the blocks came in, it was September and they said it too late in the season and they would start first thing the following spring.The following spring, the owner Dallas came into my home, was rude and yelling at me saying the previous quote HIS staff gave me was unacceptable and they were likely trying to “rip him off”, he handed me a new quote that had increased by 30 GRAND. The new quote has no added reasoning for cost increase, literally just 30 grand extra added onto it so I did not accept it as this is NOT what I budgeted for or was at all prepared for.He refuses to give me my deposit back, saying it paid for engineer drawings for a job that isn’t even going to be done.I have a large large hole full of stagnant ground water that they left in my foundation for preparing for the job they are now refusing to do for the original cost and won’t come and cover up , my basement is flooding and other companies are too busy to do the job as it’s too late in the season now.I am a nurse and have an immunocompromised foster baby that I can not have living in these conditions any longer and the company always knew this was something I needed done asap, since last may 2021 when I originally said yes to the job and entered into contract.Either Dallas is sexist and doing this to me because I’m a single young female that he knows he can easily strong arm because he’s a wealthy male business owner. Or this company is just EXTREMELY unprofessional in general. Highly suggest staying away from from them regardless.

I Have ordered mulch and gravel from these guys. They have helped me out with same day delivery last minute and price is always very competitive. Online ordering system is easy and the bulk discount is a nice touch most places won’t give you. The drivers are friendly and respectful of your yard, will continue being my go to.

We had our septic field installed by Gee Tee. We had amazing service from Eric and the crew! Very professional, friendly and gave great advice for the new system. We loved how the field looked after the install and we received lots of compliments on how good it looked. We would highly recommend them!

I am giving two stars for nice staff and delivery time and accuracy; however I am extremely disappointed with materials I recieved.First, mulch - we bought 10 yards of gold mulch. It is fully mixes with stones, first I thought it just one or two got in the pile, no big deal, but then I realized that it's fully mixed with it. Now we have 1000sqf of mulch/stones mix. The mulch is somewhat muddy, has grabage in it,such as stickers and plastic pieces. VERY DISAPPOINTED.The four way mix soil is not the best quality either.Nice people, with reasonable prices - not a good experience with the actual materials we ordered.When we approached back with our concern we just got a sorry"."

I worked for Gee Tee a short while as a driver and couldn't have been treated better by everyone involved. The equipment was all good and the people even better. Very difficult decision to leave for hopefully greener pastures. Highly recommend this company as an employer in a business full of broken promises they were top notch.

This is my first and last experience with this company.One of their trucks had an overpacked and uncovered load driving across the Dugald Rd. Floodway bridge. After some gravel came loose at the end of the bridge and struck my hood and windshield, I had made an Autopac claim. They denied the claim saying maybe some gravel got picked up from the side of the road".Lying and unprofessional company with unsafe drivers
