Expert Physio

I have had a uncomfortable arm for months that has been increasing with soreness. I booked an appointment with Tory, she took the time to go over my history, did a assessment and was able to locate the issue. Something that would not heal by it's self. I have a treatment plan and follow up in a week.So, glad I went and grateful to Tory for her caring and knowledge.The front reception Staff were also very kind and helpful.Beverly

Darin expertise has make me feel very confident and I truly believed that he is an expert who can help me and provide proper rehabilitation exercise to recover from my total knee and ankle replacement surgery through our 1st meeting evaluation.He also provide me the necessary advise and rehabilitation tools to help my to improve my condition.I am looking forward to get help from Darin again on my return visit.David

I have seen other practitioners at this location and it was suggested to see Charles To, due to hie experience with my chosen activity and appointment availability. As usual, the front desk staff greeted me nicely, I arrived 5 minutes before my time and was taken to my room right away. Charles was welcoming, introduced himself and asked a few questions. Upon answering, he then asked for some previous injury and treatment history. His assessment through the answers I gave was accurate and post physical assessment confirmed this. I thought I needed more stretching type of treatment, but it was apparent that I need to strengthen another area in order to help stop my pain and discomfort in the connected areas with issue. It was suggested that with strengthening this area, my symptoms should start to improve and eventually not be an issue. I was pleased with this assessment and happy with the exercises given to me. Charles answered the questions that I had and gave me clear instructions for what I needed to do. I will definitely go back, continue to use this facility and do recommend it to others.

I’ve needed physio several times over the past 14 years and am so glad I found Delia at Expert Physio. Without her excellent treatment (incl. acupuncture) I couldn’t have completed my volunteer duties at the Olympics. I turn to her whenever I have an injury. On occasion I’ve had to see her colleagues and they have all been very good.

We have been going to Physio Delia for a long time and she has dealt with so many of our physical issues! She is extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date with current research and treatments! Very professional and personable and I love her punctuality!

Hope we see some of these little birdies buzzing about.I didn't get his name but thanks to the physio who said sounds like a win!" when he noticed i could do a full push up again. I didn't know about the win board and monthly coffee card draw until he mentioned so it was very kind of him to say. Nice to meet Tory today who dreamed up the Win board and the coffee prize. :)Love your batting tips today about not being a pull hitter. Tory was my physio here, and she was fantastic! I've been physically training for a few years, and still learned new exercises and stretches through my physio program with her, which resolved a long-standing issue with my rotator cuff. Years ago Export Physio helped me to get better after a car accident. I was so proud impressed that now years later I’m back and Shawndra, in particular , will is doing it again! I’m seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Recommend them strongly!
