I had a very pleasant experience at this lab today. It's a very busy lab but staffs are very friendly! It's my first time to have a blood test in this country. I didn't have any appointments and didn't print out my requisition. After I sent my requisition to their lab email address I waited only 5 minutes for my blood test. Thank you very much for all the staffs working at this lab. You are awesome!!

My daughter, 7 came in for her first blood test and the experience was amazing. The nurse was so good with her. Didn’t catch her name but she was blonde lady well put together friendly to everyone and very good at explaining the procedure to my daughter. Thank you :)

I don't understand the point of booking an appointment time to have lab work done, if they are just going to check everyone in by the order they arrived. Not only that, I had an appointment time for 7am and didn't leave the clinic until after 730. They also took people before me whose appointment times were after me. There should be two lines for check in, one for appointments and one for walkins!

Don’t get what is the point of making appointments if you still have to wait for 30 min

These days you rarely see staff greeting anywhere. Staff here were very nice, polite and patient. This location has a good bunch of ladies working here.

I made an appointment for 11:30 am this date. when I arrived the clerk receptionist advised my card expired 4 days previously. I was surprised and advised the clerk it had been renewed through my doctor. I was told it was expired and I could not get a blood sample taken until renewed. I have had the same request on for the past 6 years. All at your location. The inflexibility not to mention the waste of my time over a card that was out of date by 4 days is inexcusable. No wonder costs for medical and laboratory work is sky rocketing, Please forward this incident too anyone in your organization that deals with common sense.James Bennett

Worst ever !! Appointment was useless, their walk ins were & are being taken first. Everyone who came in after me, n place now empty

I went to this life lab for blood work. I had an appointment and the wait time wasn't that bad but this is the only positive about the experience. The individual who took blood frm my arm used that needle as a torture tool. I ended up with a large bruise and a very painful experience. Never again go there.

HIRE more people and treat your staff with more respect!Digital acceptance will never occur if there is no benefit in booking online. Time to make online booking mandatory.What is interesing is I waited 2 weeks to get an early morning appointment due to having to fast...only to arrive and see walk-in patients taking priority.As other reviewers have mentioned there is no benefit in booking online as the line up is in order of arrival. Simply solved by having patients with appointments line up in one line and walk-ins served after those with appointments.BTW The lady on the frontdesk was amazing! She was calm cool and extremely efficient - considering she was working alone with a lineup of at least 20 patients and a full waiting roomAll I could think while I watched her work while I was lined up for 50 minutes is I would not want to come to work if I knew I would face this everyday.

Rude staff, they are not happy when seniors ask them how long the wait time is. Long wait, long line. Seniors in pain or with walking problems lining up for a long time. And the underground parking at this place is just terrible. Narrow parking spaces. I have seen seniors scratching their cars trying to park. Not the best place for older people for sure…
