Great place to stop for e cig juice. There is a good selection there to meet your taste. The guys working there are really friendly and they will go above and beyond to help you choose your flavour / right product.UPDATE 2023: This place have gone downhill with the current workers. Used to be a regular but not anymore due to poor service.

Update: they have gone out of their way to be accommodating since this review was posted. I’ve updated my rating.I’ve been shopping at this location for quite awhile as they’re the only one with a nic salt in a specific flavour I like and it was great, until they opened their warehouse. Now they never have the product in store, and they’ve now removed the order online/pick up in store option, which means I have no choice but to pay at least $8 for shipping when the store is a short walk from my home. The staff seem indifferent when I’ve asked if there’s literally any other option to shop with them. I get irritated every time I have to order because it’s honestly atrocious business when you have 2 store fronts. If you prefer to be online only, be online only. Offer better shipping options. $8 to ship something a 5 min drive away is offensive.

All your vaping needs met here. They have plenty of options available and they sell salt nix which I prefer over regular ejuice.

They'd get a zero star from me if that was an option. Purchased an e-cig from this place and returned it two days later as the battery died fast. I asked for a refund as per their policy but one of the workers there (I know he will be reading this) made up some imaginary policy and told me that refunds only available as store gift cards and not to the original payment method, and the store does not have the option to refund money to credit cards! When I challenged his response and told him to read the information in the receipt and see the returns policy in their website, he basically said the owners have told him to do so!! I refused to back down and demanded a refund and that's when he finally said he needed to call the owners to approve a cash refund in cash. He returned to the counter five seconds later as he never made that call and handed me the refund in cash without saying a word. He should be ashamed of such behavior if he made up the whole refund story. If the owners did indeed instruct him to do that, then you are not doing what is said in your policy. I will never use this place or recommend it again. If you ever in this situation, demand a refund and never listen to the nonsense from the workers there!!!!!

Horrible experience with my first online order. I ordered 3 disposable vapes online. Got a confirmation that I would be notified when it is shipped. It’s been 5 days already and nothing. I paid for express shipping as well and to have waited this long with no replies to my emails or the order being sent out is absolutely ridiculous. I feel scammed and would definitely not recommend this company. To not even reply to a customers email or ship out an order is horrible! I will be taking this dispute to my credit card company as well as filing for a scam.

Every time I go into the shop I feel extremely uncomfortable, like the employees don't want me to be in there. Another factor for this review is that they never have anything in stock. There's a vape shop on almost every corner of these days so, I'd recommend a few other ones.

Felt reassured by all the positive ratings to give this shop a try since I was in the area, however during my first and only visit, I was served by an intimidating man who constantly eyed me condeseningly all throughout the exchange. It seemed like he was trying to size me up, which I didn't mind at first. But even after presenting my I.D. to ensure I was over 18, he still continued to treat me coldly, with quick and short responses.
