Beck Time Pieces

I needed a link added to my watch band. Although I didn’t purchase the watch from Beck’s Time Pieces, they were very accommodating. I was in and out of the shop unless than five minutes. The staff were very friendly and professional. Thank you SO much!!

I took in my Omega watch to get some links removed. Ibeke helped me and did a fantastic job. I watched him work hard to remove the link for an hour. He keeps working until the job is done. I definitely recommend their services.

Went here to get my watch adjusted (links removed). They were very fast, kind, and did an amazing job overall. So happy I came in, they didn't charge for the link removal which I thought was crazy. I will def just give a nice tip anyways if I have another watch to get adjusted in the future.

I came in to Beck’s for a minor adjustment on my watch’s bracelet since it wasn’t sitting exactly as I wanted. I requested for one link to be removed from the 6 o’clock position and added to the 12 o’clock. The gentleman behind the counter (I didn’t quite catch his name, I think it might have been Nick?) happily agreed to do the work and completed it quickly and efficiently. What’s more is that when I tried to pay for services rendered (and believe you me, I honestly tried), he refused due to the job being so minor. That kind of service in of itself is reason enough for me to come back whenever I need something done on my watches as well as send everyone I know to this shop.As an aside, I have to comment on the shop itself. I don’t think I have ever visited anywhere that has that much personality packed into such a small space. There are so many antiques and curiosities that I found myself wishing I had more time to explore and see what treasures I could uncover. Beck Time Pieces is truly one of Edmonton’s gems.

I had the pleasure of meeting owner manager Nicholas Beck March 28, 2023 at their downtown family business location. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing and he was still willing to do these battery replacements and link shortages. I found this store by googling and the reviews led me to stop in for watch battery replacements as well as links. The positive reviews are so true, Nick and his co-worker are absolutely professional and cordial. I highly recommend this store or the other locations for this family business! I certainly will pass the word on. Whilst there, I as well learned they have auctions online, so you may wish to check out their website and see all they have to offer or give Nick a call - better yet stop in and see what he has to offer you should you need services on their site! Not my first time bringing in a watch for repair and nor would I take them anywhere else. Always fast and honest service, and my watch ends up in better quality than when I originally bought it! Would definitely recommend for any repairs you need and also any jewellery you’re looking for, bought a fantastic gold ring at a very reasonable price considering the current market!

Went in today to get the battery changed out on my Tissot watch. They had the right gear to open it up without damage, and the new battery was installed quickly and for a price that doesn't break the bank. Strongly recommend, and will definitely be back!

Nothing but great things to say about this place and the staff. The gentleman working there did an excellent job adjusting the bracelet on my new Seiko Turtle watch, which is notoriously difficult to adjust. Same day service and very fair pricing. Highly recommend for any watch nerds like my self.
