Glen Grove - Conservatory Tower

Sr Couple from CalgaryGlen Grove at 736 Bay St Suite 2306. rated as a deluxe suite I would suggest a few things that would help bring it to that category. living room-dining. The light fixture had a missing bulb with live wires hanging down- couch was dirty with greasy stains on the armrests-- foot stool with cigarette burn--balcony windows with a year or more dirt --the window shades were broken and unable to adjust. Bathroom was missing a towel rack as one could see where it was pulled off the wall, along with the shower curtain which never stay on between the wall. The kitchen floor needs a good scrub as dirt is piled up in the corners.The coffee pot is great--but it would be nice if coffee filters were left in the cupboard. This place needs a good clean and facelift .

Good and quiet place just remember its not a hotel its a dorm so its a little awjward. Ut its good

They plant evidences to charge you for cleaning services if you had questioned anything or complained for anything. Missing mop only broom, how do you clean floor?Note: I almost lost my luggage for a whole day and tried tracking where is it when I was switching the rooms. I found it in the middle of night 1am. The staff showed their helpful ness but not so much of help. This exercise certainly became their cleaning staff's pain point and then they showed discomfort about cleaning after checking out.

Very convenient, and comfy. Could use a bit of a scrub, and a few more kitchen supplies. But all in all a great place.

Great location and the price is right. Perfect for a short stay.

Very nice condominium in the center of down town. I stayed there for a one week. Highly recommended!

Good place to stay... Convenient location in downtown Toronto. Close by St. Lawrence market - a must visit.
