After searching online for an agent, I decided to call McPhail Travel - and I'm SO happy I did! Throughout the process of booking our trip, Nicole was extremely helpful and kind. During my last minute ticket purchases when things were getting rushed, Nicole was so patient and did everything quickly and efficiently. She suggested a great itinerary which really worked well for us so that the travel experience would be relaxed.
