Edible Arrangements

Guess they don't care when they open, clearly marked online and front door 9am-2pm.i was at the Langley location at 9:05am and was not open. Called the number on the door and a lady answered from vancouver. I asked why they were not open yet and she said the manager was on the way. Finally at 9:32am they finally opened up, she said she had car trouble, I highly doubt that as I have already read about the poor reviews online about this location. Maybe head office should do something about this location.

Mother's Day order had arrived in a tin vase rather than the mug I had ordered. I noticed a week later when I finally came home from a work trip and sent them an email. Wasn't expecting them to respond since it was a full week after the delivery but the manager working Tuesday May 18th evening called me and offered to deliver the missing mug after apologizing. Thank you for doing so, I know it was probably out of the way to deliver just a mug but was greatly appreciated. The fruit and arrangements from this location have always been amazing. Really appreciate the customer service!

We constantly use Edible Arrangements to send gifts to clients and their family. The arrangements look amazing and are fresh. Allison sets the deliveries through phone and we have had zero issues. Great service and questions are always answered. They even accommodate same day delivery. 5 stars and more!

The arrangement is fresh and delicious but knocked off stars for the poor customer service. First of all, we didn't get notified the timeframe the delivery will be made. It's a perishable so obviously we had to be home to receive it. We didn't get that info until we called them ourselves. Second, the delivery lady had serious attitude when she couldn't find our townhome unit. She was sassy with my husband when she couldn't locate us even though my husband walked out to the street to meet her. For paying over $100 for some fruit, you'd expect better service.

My experience was very positive. I needed the order to come before the end of the work day to surprise my manager on her birthday, and the team did everything they could to make that happen. Phone service, assembly and delivery of the gift were professional, prompt and courteous. I am very grateful!

I made a same day order for pick up for a last minute gift for my boss. I got the pumpkin cheesecake platter and Allison was able to help me. She was tidying up the store and it was really clean. Super friendly woman and my boss was happy with the platter! Very happy with the service I got and will be returning back

Fruit was fresh and delicious. We were a bit late getting home received a call they were at our door and waited for us to arrive what a great birthday present. Loved it.

My mom loved her birthday Wish-tini and roses combo. She said the fruit was fresh & delicious and the dipped chocolate was good quality. I had excellent service ordering by phone and I was very happy they were able to deliver just a few hours after I ordered.

Terrible service experience not once but twice.. This is the second time this has happened. We ordered an arrangement for delivery today. The delivery driver claimed he came by today, but no one came by (we have house cameras and a door bell camera).We called into the store to ask what was going on, the rep claimed a driver came by, we let them know that no one did. Their response was that the driver was there and he’s not going to make another trip.They wouldn’t provide a refund, and told us we would have to pick up the arrangement with 10 minutes left before they closed.We had to drive over 30 minutes to pick up the arrangement, it was soggy by the time we got home and completely smushed.This happened a few months before and happened again. Definitely not giving this company our business anymore. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else support scummy companies like this..

Walked in not one thing ready to buy at 1230. Don't waste time . Way overpriced
