Kanata Elite Tree Services

This was our first time using Kanata Elite Tree Service. We have used other tree companies in the past, but this was the best service we have had. Great communication leading up to the site visit/quote and on the day of service. Derek and his coworker were friendly, professional and did a perfect cleanup job after trimming our large Silver Maple. We like that work is done by a professional arborist.

Derek & Daniel and their crew were fast and efficient at getting our 20 year old, 2 story+ tree out from our backyard.When we called for a quote, Derek came out the same day and we were able to book them for 3 weeks later.At first I thought the quote was high, but after watching the process and how many people were involved, it was definitely worth the price!

Derek and his crew were top notch. We had damage to our front tree after a bad storm. They were fast to respond and saved the house from being damaged along with the tree.

My neighbors and I use this service a few years ago and were very happy with the quality of the work and the price.

This team was great! Highly recommend!I got a response within an hour on a holiday and was kept in communication throughout the process.Date was made, they followed up and showed up the moment they said they would. Great crew. Worked fast. Cleaned up the site.I told them to leave a bit of the tree for me to cut up for firewood. They cut and stacked it for me! Only got about an inch of stump left. Use them!

Derek is super responsive and friendly, offering suggestions and tips for the overgrown tree without trying to sell or be pushy about it. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who wants someone to take the time to care about your property.

Derek was quick to answer our call and provide an estimate to remove the remainder of the tree and clean up what had fallen. While other companies tried to take advantage of the situation, Derek provided a reasonable, competitive quote with options to spread out the work. He also took the time to assess our other trees and provided recommendations to ensure they continue to thrive. When the team came out to do the work, they were very communicative and professional. Derek and his crew were punctual, efficient, and professional. They worked quickly to remove a large manitoba maple, without damaging my house. They also took care of the stump, leaving my yard clean and tidy. Derek was great at communicating throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company, especially with Derek as the lead.
