Matt and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and reliable.Chris & Rob, took the time to explain the process in detail (upgrading our electrics as well as installing a generator) and were happy to answer any concerns or questions. We had to update the electrical in our house so we went from 60amp to 200. Matt was super nice and gave us a great quote. We were so impressed, they did such an amazing job! They were very tidy, polite, and knowledgeable. We will highly recommend to anyone looking!

Recently contracted M B Eye Electrical to design and install a ground mounted Solar system.The LG Bi-facial panels, Enphase Enlighten consumption / monitoring, engineered racking system and installation completed by Matt and his staff fully met my expectations. Matt provided direction and assisted with both the Efficiency PEI rebate application and Maritime Electric’s net metering Agreement.I would highly recommend MB Eye Electrical.

We purchased a solar array from M.B. Eye Electrical in September 2019 and have been nothing but impressed with the level of customer service and expertise provided. Matt is responsive to questions, his electricians are incredibly professional, and overall working with the team is a pleasure. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable and his judgment through all stages of the process, from design to installation, was excellent.But more importantly, Matt is also the kind of guy who will take a phone call from my elderly father and coach him through changing the batteries in the heat pump remote. This kind of character means a lot.

A couple of years ago I asked M.B. Eye Electrical about installing a solar electrical system and two heat pumps in the home we had recently purchased. Matt provided us with a great price on the package, worked around our vacation schedule and provided us with an very attractive installation that performs very well. The heat pumps are good quality and eliminated the need to use the boiler system to heat the main areas of the house. We have been extreme;y pleased with the heat pumps, summer and winter and I constantly brag about my $30.00 per month electric bills which simply reflect the Maritime Electric fee for the service connection for my Net Metering contract.Over all we are very pleased and I recommend M.B. Eye to anyone I meet who could use their services.THe entire crew is friendly, clean and leaves a clean work site every day.

Matt was extremely responsive and when he showed up to do the quote, he was completely transparent and honest about a recommendation, and offered me several options at different price points. On account of weather they were able to squeeze me in really quickly and the two guys who came to install the heater for my garage were so friendly and worked extremely fast and effectively. Like magicians fishing wires through the walls because I still don't know where they are lol! Would highly recommend Matt and the team, and they will be my first call when I need something done!

We recently had our electrical system upgraded to 200 amps and also had three heat pumps installed by the M.B. Eye Electrical team. Matt was great to chat with and learn from during the quote process, and we had no reservations about moving forward with him and his team.It was a large job that took two days in the blazing heat with several different employees. We were extremely impressed with every single employee (and trainee) that came through our doors. Without exception, they were all extremely professional, respectful and cheerful, both when communicating with us and with each other...even when they encountered unforeseen obstacles, extremely hot conditions, and had to work well into the evening hours with other jobs still waiting for them to attend to afterwards. We were kept up-to-date throughout the project, the work was extremely well done, and everything was left very tidy.The only issue we had with MB Eye Electrical was managing communications with them via email and/or phone when we were trying to arrange for the work to be done, as the response time for messages was very lengthy if we managed to get any response at all. This may continue to be an issue as word spreads about their great work unless they expand their administrative staffing.Despite the effort that was involved in getting in touch with them to schedule work, I have no hesitation recommending the fantastic team at MB Eye Electrical. We couldn't be more pleased with their team and hope to use them for all our future electrical work. It was such a breath of fresh air to have a punctual, hard working, competent, communicative, and cheerful team of contractors installing our new systems!

We signed contract with this company to install solar panel and heat pump. Thought they can do both. It’s been a few months we kept calling and emailing them and they never responded. Finally they said they would come in Monday but no show. Pushed to next week then no show again. A few days after they cancelled our contract. The approval from government is only valid for certain time now we have to find another company to do both work. I was about to recommend them to my co-worker once their new build is done. Now… will never recommend this company to anyone else!

Residential rooftop solar panel install and hookup to grid power system. Was delayed a lot because of covid and product damage in shipping, but those weren't MB Eye's fault. Very patient with all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me very clearly. A pleasure to do business with, instills confidence in his team's knowledge and commitment to service, and has given me every reason to expect continued good service as my array might need it in future years.
