It's hard to say if this business is still operating. For a week, I've tried to contact via email, online service request form (no email confirmation that it was received), phone, and even LinkedIn. They have not responded to anything, which is especially surprising given the product they sell. 0 stars.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Nicole when purchasing the HM Embody chair and would 100% recommend, excellent customer service. Note that it does take about a month to receive the chair after purchase date but they are fairly transparent about the expected dates.

Ordered a a Herman Miller brand chair off their site for a good price, and customer service was very helpful. Chair arrived 1 or 2 days later in perfect condition. Great service

I've owned my Herman Miller Aeron chair for 6 years and I've used it a lot. The armrests had become worn and the pneumatic cylinder had become a little wobbly. Chris at Workplace Resource asked for some photos, then ordered some parts and had a delightful repairman come to me to replace the cylinder and armrests, all under warranty, no hoops to jump through, and I was never without my chair. I'm very pleased with Herman Miller, my chair literally looks new again, I expect it will easily last another couple decades. And I'm very happy with the service by Workplace Resource. Thanks.

Honestly, dealing with this company, particularly Molly W, has probably taken a few years off my lifespan at this point. We're almost at the 1 year anniversary and the issue with this expensive HM Aeron is still unresolved to this day! Save your money and go elsewhere, it's not worth the stress you'll get fighting them, especially if you sneeze the wrong way on your $2500 chair and need to get service.Story:Me and my family helped buy my dad a maxed out Aeron as a christmas gift around Dec 2021 using his corporate discount. We paid, he ordered. Chair arrives around mid Jan, very pretty and cozy but order had a mistake that neither myself, my dad, or our sales associate (Molly W.) noticed. No big deal, stuff happens. We reached out to sales rep to get it rectified. Dealing with Molly is like asking a toddler to clean up after themselves, they needed to be followed-up with constantly if you wanted *any* hope of getting any response that week, be it basic inquiries, replies, or even just status updates, since they haven't yet discovered the mind-bending concept of a courtesy update. Radio silence most of February, even after multiple follow-ups. We discovered that the prior company (Workplace Resources) had consolidated into Contemporary Office Interiors, and i know restructuring and corporate buyouts are messy so we let it slide. Maybe it'll be better now! Oh if we only knew what fresh hell awaits us. Got absolutely fed up with Molly and reached out directly to service email directly and made brand new ticket. Turns out, old one was closed" somehow. Mysterious and convenient
