Got what I needed but everyone keeps telling me to go there for advice and they tell me they can't say anything like it is something to avoid. I don't know hoping things get better next time, I appreciate the effort and I know I need it, I just know nothing about these things and could use more information.

government offices make mistakes too. the ODSP office thought I was on Family Benefits Allowance & suspended my benefits. the lawyer that helped me had it rectified within 72 hours. I reported it to their office within 8 hours of receipt of my letter suspending my benefits.
