Absolutely amazing. Jeanine went above and beyond my expectations when inspecting a home I had made an offer on. As a first time home buyer I didn't know what red flags I needed to look for. She answered all of my questions and brought up concerns I did not know were concerns. She is so kind, personable, and very professional. I will be recommending her to everyone I know and will be using her in the future.

Very thorough. Great inspection report, detailed and organized, which we’ve been using as our home maintenance “to-do” list. She flagged several outdated plumbing and electrical materials that weren’t technically safety issues or in need of immediate repair, but could affect our insurance coverage. (Confirmed by our insurance company, who said many inspectors wouldn’t notice.)She is TINY. She somehow squeezed all the way under the house (no basement) to the edges of our foundation, finding damage that wouldn’t have been seen by a larger home inspector. Ditto for the practically inaccessible attic.I’d take that one star review with spoonful of salt. :)

Depends what side of the fence you’re on. She cost us the sale of our home due to offering her incorrect speculation as to what she was seeing in our home. For example, I had removed old dated valences that were installed in the top corner of the exterior walls and had to patch the ceiling afterward. Jeanine saw this and suggested it may be repair work after ice dam damage-wrong.She suggested the shingles were not installed properly because they lift up more than she felt was acceptable, and it was an improper installation. These shingles were just installed in November. Any roofer knows you need hot weather for asphalt shingles to bond to one another. Until then, there is still nothing wrong with the installation.She said the water filter was filthy. If she had bothered to actually open it she would have seen it was literally brand new from when I had replaced it 2 days prior. While replacing it, water had spilt on the floor around where the sewer pipe exits the house through dirt. She saw this water and combined with the fact that the sewer pipe has a bit of movement, assumed the sewer pipe had a break and was leaking. First of all the sewer pipe was going into dirt, not concrete; of course theres going to be some movement-ask any plumber. Besides if there was a leak, a pipe that slightly moves would be the last evidence a person would notice. The buyer took all of this speculation and assumed it was truth and I lost a sale because of it. Jeanine, stick to stating observations and leave out your speculations. You clearly dont have enough experience to comment.

I am home owner the buyer hired FYI.The issue was in relation to walk in tub.Clearly because of hole just below top of tub wasn't covered the over flow drain had broken.She proceeded to fill tub I assured her I would get in to drain it because has to be done manually.When I walked in the tub was filled 1/8 inch below exposed hole.We had a back and forth about her filling tub too full.Now I get in.. my body weight obviously made the water flow into uncovered hole.I called her in and she took pictures of all the water that overflowed consequently from her filling it too full.This did not need to happen. I was not hiding anything because she asked if I had parts and I showed her.I did not feel her decision to over fill the tub was logical at all!Considering water over flow also dripped to suite in basement....The decision to fill tub too full has now caused water stain.Subsequently at time of inspection no water stain in suite..one day later water stain.Home inspection report didn't show any water stains in suite.Now I was going to fill out complaint with Home Inspection Association.I went to their site and suggested to call home inspector to resolve. The home inspector will probably come back with inspection to discuss any issues.Instead I got its your fault go ahead fill out complaint I DO NO BELONG TO any ASSOCIATION anyway!
