I found they had beautiful options and quality rugs. We did basement carpeting as well as a home gym flooring. Friendly customer service and the installation was done very well, quickly and with care.

I have been delighted with the services of Tapis Normandy. They are very helpful, efficient and provide excellent service. In the past few months they have made two custom carpets for me both of which lived up to my expectations and suit my decor perfectly. The delivery and installation was very smooth and the installers very pleasant. In addition, I had two carpets removed for cleaning. One was in poor shape and I thought it would be impossible to restore it to its former condition. It was an off- white carpet with some serious marks on it. It came back looking like new. I was very impressive and happy with the work. Again the installers were excellent and pleasant. I would highly recommend Tapis Normandy.

Normandy Carpets was a company that was easy to deal with.They had many samples to choose from and delivered as soon as possible.They came to measure the day after my choice was made and were always polite and reachable to answer questions.I appreciated their friendliness and helpfulness…..But the best part was the delivery, and the delightful carpet layers who were clean, hard working and very quick.They were able to handle heavy furniture and never complained.

I have dealt with Pamela for my home and Jordan for my business (Clobracon Construction). Both have been a real pleasure to deal with. They are patient and very knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. Pamela really helped me in choosing the perfect carpets and rugs for my home. She has a real talent in home decorating. Absolutely love my new area rug from Normandy’s New Traditional rug collection. I’m picky and indecisive when it comes to decor and I honed in on this rug pretty quickly, which says a lot! It’s the perfect colouring to give me that pop while staying neutral and understated. Customer service was so friendly and responsive too. Shipping right to my door in Vancouver wrapped up this great shopping experience! Thank you Frank family!
