My little frilled dragon arrived, and I was very impressed with the size of the shipping box and the care that went into her packaging. Much larger box than expected. She had lots of space and was very calm. She adjusted super fast and is a joy to own. Thank you, I will order from you again.

I swear most of the positive reviews are faked by friends and employees I will never recommend this business I Wasted 3 hours out of my day to go to this store after checking the website for the address it has photos of the store location(provided below) at 219 lakeshore east and open hours listed online but they don't actually have a store front at that location it's only an online business which is not even mentioned on the website I called the phone number provided and after multiple calls someone finally answered just to talk to me like I was a fool for going to the store location and not just ordering from the website then the women on the phone acted as if the store location never existed and when I said I was in front of the location she said oh well that's the old place we haven't been there for years I guess we will need to update the website.

I can only say good things about Jeff and his crew. They answered questions and looked after the orders that I placed with them. They care about their customers and get you the products you need. Their drivers get the orders to you in amazing time. I live in a condo that can be tough to deliver to but they are phenomenal about getting my packages into me. People that do a good job like they do we need to support so they continue to supply us with products that our pets need.

This place is amazing, staff and delivery drivers. I order my feeders on a weekly/biweekly basis and have only had an incident once. The issue was quickly rectified and they were transparent the entire time. Have also bought some animals from them and they have all came healthy. Great place for consistent feeder service, highly recommend!

I placed my first order with them and received my insects in 2 days! Everyone I have talked to have been knowledgeable and genuinely kind and helpful. Delivery guy was very personable. The live feeder insects are the best priced I found for delivery in Ontario.Look forward to ordering from them again next time:)

Bought from them few times，my last purchase wasn’t good, I choose a CORNSNAKE BLIZZARD 2021 from their website but when I receive the snake it’s a hatchling! She is nice and good eater that’s fact but this is not what I purchased! They never get back my email

I've ordered consistently from Port Credit over the last year, and every single interaction I've had with them has been great. Everybody has been friendly, helpful, and patient. They try their best to accommodate any requests, and Jeff even went out of his way to get in touch with me ASAP to try & work something out when I asked for a rush order that couldn’t be fulfilled. I also needed to make a bulk order in an amount that wasn't available on their site, and it took Erica less than 24 hrs to create a special order for me. She was always quick to reply to my subsequent emails/questions. Delivery staff are courteous & friendly, and I get my orders within days because they have weekly delivery routes. Prices are competitive, they're honest & respond in a timely manner, and they consistently have some of the best customer service I've ever used.

I've been ordering feeder insects from them for a while now and they never disappoint! Shipping on the delivery route is extremely fast, the bugs all arrive alive and there's always a few extra in there, and the prices are the best that I've seen anywhere locally.

I had a very positive experience with this company. I just recently ordered my young bredlipython from them. I have never ordered a live animal online from a pet store before this.The staff is knowledgeable as well as helpful and courteous. We had a few glitches getting the delivery of my snake arranged but everyone went above and beyond to ensure my little guy arrived safe and sound.Thanks for a great experience.Customer service is important to me and Port Credit team is top notch!Would definitely purchase from them again.

Amazing customer service! responds quickly and promptly to questions. Packaging was perfect and arrived without damage. Delivery was right on track. Definitely will be purchasing again
