Love this restaurant, the food the ambiance , the owner George is always with a smile. Ari is the best waiter . Has a nice terrace and it’s bring your own wine.

I have to say, for being there a couple of times, this is one of my favourite restaurants to go to. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and attentive, the place is clean and COVID friendly.Kids will enjoy their pizza and it’s a bring your own wine. Prices are affordable and you can spend a good time.Whether is for a date night, go with family or for an event I highly recommend this restaurant for its authenticity and food.

I was very disappointed by the service and the food at my child's baptism celebration at Scala 20 this past weekend.When I arrived along with my guests, I greeted the woman with whom I had booked and asked her to ensure that the children be served their main dish as quickly as possible. She pointed at me and said You talk about it with your waiter." Um ok. I'm not your employee I am a paying customer. A rude start.I had to go and find the waiter and ask him to serve the kids. I told the waiter that there were a couple people missing but to serve the appetizers as my guests were hungry and that for the kids there didn't have to be any gaps in service but to serve them as quickly as possible. That was at 3pm. We arrived exactly on time.We were served our appetizers at 4. The kids only got their main at 5pm. When I expressed my disappointment that the kids' meals were taking so long I was answered by the same woman in a very aggressive way that it was my fault that I should have told them upon booking that I wanted the kids to eat their main dish right away. I calmly explained that I didn't expect that our appetizers to be served after an hour sitting there and that the kids would have to wait 2 hours. I learned afterwards that the other party they had booked arrived late and they couldn't accommodate both of us. My party was made to suffer and wait around for food.When I spoke about it with one of the owners he said

Incredible service but food was just a bit better than average. No alcohol served but you can bring your own wine and beer.

I was pleasantly surprised with the food. I went for a baptism supper, and everything was delicious. The calamari was great, the beef was amazing, I also had a piece of my nephew's chicken, and ir was so juicy. I defined recommend Skalla 20.Coffee service was a bit slow but the restaurants was full at that point so it is understandable.
