The Reading Foundation

The Reading Foundation has been an utter life saver for my son who has a language based learning disability. The quality of this program is unprecedented in my experience trying to find an effective approach for my son's reading/writing and math challenges. The intensive nature of the program has really allowed his brain to change, and at present we are doing weekly zoom booster sessions" which his teacher feels has really solidified his skills. He also loves the program. The educators at the Reading Foundation are professional and supportive

One of my kids has attended Reading Foundation for a few summers now, doing both in person and then online during Covid. I've seen amazing improvements in her reading and spelling over that time. The transition from in person to online was seamless, with continued gains. I highly recommend.

15 months ago I completed training with you the Reading Foundation, allowing me to become a licensed instructor of Discover Reading. I provide private instruction in the US. I learned so much from this training and continue to learn so much from scheduled consultations with my instructor (I do this via phone appointments). The program is genius and delivers the results that my families have only dreamed of.I been teaching Discover Reading for 15 months and I enjoy the process each and every day that I work with students. It is a much more engaging (for both student and teacher) process than the more traditional OG methods (which I had taught prior to Discover Reading since 2001). Discover Reading is intensive remediation delivered 20 hours per week, one-on-one with each student. Before Discover Reading I couldn't have imagined what I see: each of my students is so engaged in this program (delivered in four consecutive 1-hour segments with short breaks in between each hour) each and every hour. There is a sequence and flow that is consistent each hour and provides reinforcement for what is needed, WHEN it is needed, while still continuing to move forward with progress in the program.My favorite thing is how prescriptive this program is for each specific student's need AT THE TIME the need arises--once again--while still continuing forward with the curriculum. The hourly sequence includes an initial period in which the student reads aloud from a book they have chosen--giving them the opportunity in a guided fashion to practice the skills and strategies they are learning with real" reading

I've been taking tutoring here for a few years. I love working with the teachers, and they help me a lot.

I really like this place. I go every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. I really enjoy going here and would. probably stay here for a while.

Great place. Kid learned fast with them, but need a consistent teacher follow up classes.
