Very straightforward and easy to communicate with. I was impressed the driver made it in from out of town during 70 kph winds during a blizzard and set up in a very tight spot just in time for concrete.

50km/h means 50. When workers working on shoulder of a road that’s 50 km/h means to move over, slow down and give some room to work safely. Doesn’t mean 3’ from the mirror of work truck and worker on trailer yelling watch out. It’s a courtesy. June 18 road 33E. Pumper heading south and turned onto Hwy 44.Pure ignorance, driver should be canned. In a rush to get to the stop sign and wait 2mins for traffic to clear up. Jake brake sounded good tho in a residential area. Can’t fix stupid.
