I had an issue with my wifi connection and had Shaw send a technician twice with no resolution. They kept blaming it on the interference and kept pushing me to get a higher speed so they can charge me more.Mo from QOS solved my issue and now I can get higher speed at every corner of my apartment.Very professional and excellent customer service too.
