Horrible company. Came late. Smelt of alcohol and the product stained within a week in multiple places. When we asked for a refund they told us that we initially said we were happy with the product and wouldn’t offer any refund. They also didn’t apologize or provide any reason for being 2 hours late and didn’t offer to wear masks during a world pandemic. Rude and threatening in their responses when We asked for a refund. Awful!!!!!In regards the response below, everything is a lie.They came 2 hours late, not 55 minutes.The amount for the counters was paid in full despite asking for a refund. Not once was it said that they wouldn’t take the rest of the money and “call it even”. They have their full payment so I’m not sure what she is talking about.The staff came for measurements in the afternoon before the installation date and were under the influence of alcohol.My contractors were not contacted to say your staff would be late, instead she had to reach out to you and you didn’t know where your staff were or why they were late.The stains appeared as early as the next day. And we are finding new stains every day. Many of them.No quartz care was discussed at time of installation.There was no mistake with a sink.There was NO agreement for the company to not get our full payment. Like I stated, our payment was paid in FULL despite the faulty product.Twice I was told legal action would be taken against me, and not once was I offered for the company to come and look at the MULTIPLE STAINS.Very sad that a company can’t stand behind their product. All of the comments below have zero validity to them!
