Little Rainy Construction couldn't come more highly recommended. They are a great bunch of guys who are extremely committed to what they do and work efficiently and respectfully at all times. We have never known contractors who clear up after themselves the way these men do! We had a vision of what we wanted and all the awful ways it could go so wrong. Little Rainy took the time to listen, adapt, ensure the right people were involved at the right times, and talked us through the project as it progressed. We worked with the whole team at different stages of the project and each had their own strength and skillset. They took what was in our heads and turned it into a reality that far exceeded our expectations. Love, love, love our swim spa addition - it is the therapeutic, restful space we needed it to be. Have since had Little Rainy in to work on a couple of smaller projects and again, so impressed with their work ethic and the end result. We won't be hiring anyone else!! Austin and his team finished my basement to convert my single family home into a legal duplex, and did a fantastic job. They gave a very clear breakdown of costs and were responsive to any changes I requested as the project progressed. He and his team were always kind and respectful, as were all of the subcontractors they worked with. I am now living in the basement apartment and am extremely happy with how it turned out! I would highly recommend Austin and his team to anybody looking for a general contractor.

Austin and team worked really hard in very difficult times to build my dream restaurant. They were patient, and listened to my words to construct exactly what I couldn't draw. They worked inside of the budget I gave them, and worked with me to help get it open as soon as possible. I would recommend LRC to anyone who is looking for a great GC. I highly recommend these guys for your renovation or construction needs.We bought a house and had them construct a legal two bedroom apartment in the basement and upgrade an upstairs bathroom from a two piece to a three piece.The work included construction to meet fire standards, electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, drywall and a two vehicle driveway installation.Austin brought in plumbers and electricians at the estimate stage and identified issues that would need to be addressed based on our requirements, thus providing an accurate estimate. Other companies we invited to quote on the project missed these and would likely have resulted in additional costs to their estimated price.The end result was excellent! They take great pride in their work and listen attentively to your requirements and there were no misunderstandings. They continued to work with us through to final inspection and readily dealt with any issues to provide complete satisfaction.Their workmanship is outstanding and they always leave the worksite in a clean manner. Their dealings are always professional, regardless of who you are working with.I would not hesitate to engage them again.
