CRAFT Artisan Wood Floors

We ordered Arezzo Hickory flooring from Craft to re-floor our entire downstairs as part of a much larger renovation project. Working with Lisa was wonderful from start to finish. I wish everything we were working on would go this smoothly. Lisa is super responsive and professional, and answered all our questions, was patient in dealing with our many requests for information and multiple batches of samples. We had 1 batch of samples erroneously stuck in customs, she quickly replaced them. We had some stair nosings damaged in transit, and she immediately had them replaced. The freight delivery to our area was a quite a pain, but we are in a rural area, and that is typically the case for us.... not Craft's fault at all.As far as the flooring is concerned, we took our time deciding from several samples, and wow... the quality, look, and feel of the Arezzo Hickory is truly remarkable. I've done several flooring projects with other brands, so I know to always dry-fit a couple boxes together to test when they arrive. They ALL fit tight and snug, with no gaps... that is impressive for such long boards. No other product we found locally or online anywhere comes close in all of these qualities, unless you want to pay 2-3 times as much. The main reason we found and ultimately went with Craft was their commitment to sustainability, wide and long average board lengths, and their 10ft Long Craft boards. We have a very long main room area where these long boards will make a huge impact vs the chopped up bits and pieces you'll find with almost every other company out there. Even though we aren't quite ready to install yet, we are super happy with our purchase and with the excellent service from Lisa. I'll update with pictures once the floors are installed. If you're considering Craft flooring for your project, just do it!

Firstly dealing with Paul was fantastic. Very supportive and helpful. Got all of the info I needed and quickly. We selected the Navarre colour from the Heritage Plank collection. The pictures don’t do it justice. The detail and the richness of the wood is unmatched and it just really sets the tone for the room. The 10 foot lengths just really adds to the beauty of the wood. I installed this myself and have worked with a few other suppliers. This by far is the best wood I have ever worked with. The tongue and groove fit perfectly. The long and wide pieces make the install go fast. I love my floor. We will do the rest of our house with it when when we complete our Reno’s. Everyone that asks where we got our floor, I will highly recommend Craft! Thanks.

I had a great experience working with Mike Gallagher of Craft Floors on the remodel of my home. I am not a professional designer or builder, I was very specific in what I wanted as far quality, craftsmanship, durability and of course style.
