Absolutely horrible company. Super rude, 10/10 would not recommend.

With held the location of my vehicle and hung up the phone on me when trying to work out a time, only at their convenience to pick up my vehicle. Would only act professionally when the local RCMP was called to intervene.Extremely bloated pricing, the prime example of what an unregulated industry looks like.Would not reccomend unless you want to get ripped off and your vehicle held hostage.

Do Not Use This Service. Experience was absolutely atrocious. The customer service was terrible; the owner and employees were abrasive, rude and confrontational; they made indirect threats and withheld the location of my car in order to increase the charges. It is at their convenience to pick-up your vehicle only to be told they “may or may not be there”. The behaviour presented by the entitled owner Chris, was downright appalling. Miscellaneous charges were added to the invoice on top of their already inflated storage and administrative fees. It was only when a police officer was involved that I was able to retrieve my car. This is extortion, and if anyone has the choice to avoid this lack of service, I recommend in doing do. They should be embarrassed for their lack of professionalism and unethical conduct.

Chris and company are very responsive people. These are the first people to call if you're having issues in Calgary or east of Calgary. Highly recommended.

This service was horrible. We couldn't figure out where the vehicle that was towed ended up and it took over an hour to determine that. When we showed up, nobody was in the office and the vehicle was parked in the far back of the lot, taking forever to retrieve it. Not impressed.

Agressif people and absolute rip off..avoid this place all i can say 740$ 25 km towing..pardon me running away i add important paper work in the vehicle thats why i lock it..i walk to langdon to get help and came back car was gone…the only way your client can get their car out of the impound is with the RCMP i feel sorry for them and they will figure out soon that you are a bunch of trouble and use prairie towing instead…

Complete rip offs they do what ever the can to delay you in retrieving your vehicle so they can collect more storage fees and had the nerve to tell me I should just sign it over to them
