Shepherd Village

My father just came back close 30 days being at hospital in which twice he died and resuscitated back. Finally back at Sheppard lodge 5 L. Anyhow, good luck trying to get through to find out how your relative doing. No answering machine and let's the phone ring for 40 minutes finally when called back am hour later and talking with rude nurse Iris and their care of director, they think I'm crazy suggesting an answering machine. I know they are busy, given the circumstance, I wanted to know how my dad doing and to have phone ring 40 minutes. Then when I suggested answering machine, so they can call back, I was told I'm rude and get this,,,,,, covid. On that section do we are not there. So I asked, who checks in. She said no one that's why no answer to phone calls. I said unbelievable and. Was told I'm condescending and rude and will not be tolerated

I have visited residents I know on a number of occasions. Very clean throughout. Everyone is friendly and the residents I know have always said only great things about Shepherd Village.

Seeking to purchase a Life Lease condo / President & CEO and Marketing Manager avoid disclosure of general information to prospective buyers / causing concern on how the funds received from the life lease owners are allocated to solely support the Life Lease building / I was deleted from the open house invitation list for asking questions / Left the property with the feeling that the property managers are hiding critical facts from prospective buyers and perhaps the current owners.
