If 0 stars were allowed leave 0. They take forever delievering. My mom has to call multiple times before they come and they have the audacity to tell her that she keeps bothering them or to not call again!! Heres an idea DO YOUR JOB AND DELIEVER THE PROPANE WHEN ITS ORDERD IN A TIMELY MANNER!!! Its not hard to do.

Easy to be Lo-Cost when you don’t show up. Should change company name to No-Show Propane. Sharing for my father-in-law. He ordered propane from Lo-Cost two weeks ago. After repeatedly contacting them they continued to give him the run around. Finally after contacting them again the night before Christmas Eve they say maybe they’ll be here in the morning, or maybe not. One call after that to Superior Propane who said, “no problem we will be there first thing in the morning,” and they were! Just lost long term customer.

This Lo-Cost propane truck just pulled into our yard where I work. He gets out and drops trow and takes a leak right in our yard! We got people out there working and customers in the building! The lack of professionalism is so absurd. Hes lucky I didn't go rub his nose in it.

I live in a remote area and it was -41 C at night during a cold snap and my furnace cut out at night. A tech checked the furnace indicated the extreme temperatures reduced the pressure in my propane tank to the point my furnace gas valve wouldn't open. He indicated filling the tank would increase the pressure and help alleviate the issue.I scheduled a fill and saw that Lo-cost truck was in the area as he drove right by my residence. I called the office, explained my predicament and they refused to even call the driver to see if he could top up my tank indicating that he had enough work lined up. Yup....they wouldn't even call him.
