Delivered the wrong order from a different restaurant so we left it on the doorstep. They come back 20 minutes later with our actual order but don't knock. Our food was freezing cold. Very disappointed.

First time using the app and they forgot an item from my order. I have tried to contact them to see about getting my money back and I have not heard anything from them after several days. I was hoping this was going to be a great service in a small town. Sadly it is not. Don't use this service if you ever want to contact them about an issue, they won't respond.

I quit using it do to the insane pricing! Two meals that normally would be $30 end it up coming up to $50?? And they keep taking are drinks everytime!. Yeah no sorry

Love that they are looking to serve underserviced smaller areas and working with smaller businesses who need the extra publicity. Wonderful customer service from Koby. Glad to have them in our Bracebridge area :)
