I had to exchange phone no problem and common sense was exerted with professional ease would recommend again. Further this location is purely cellular based services and mainly accessories for cellular phone product's however Skull Candy head phones just have vibration effect added to the bass which was pretty misleading of sound information vs putting something to vibrate on my head but hence Skull Candy maybe. However ok other than batteries two tablets and access to other move able application you can certainly have a rewarding shopping experience to certain products and knowledgeable experience.

Considered buying a phone here, changed my mind quite quickly. The kid working there was rude and dismissive of my questions, and hardly bothered to look up from his phone. I'm not sure where the great customer service was that the higher reviews gave this place, but in that empty store I couldn't find it.

Customer service was great. Found me the best deal he could. Keeping service area in mind. Had everything done and taken care of in decent time. Answered every question I had. I'll go back.Definitely better then then fools next door at shaw.

Walked into the store yesterday and immediately recognized Isaac. He worked for a previous cell company and was always extremely helpful.Issac tried every which way to fix my phone issue, but ultimately, the best course of action was to get a new phone.Isaac answered my numerous questions about my old and new phone, set up my new phone and was fun, pleasant, and very knowledgeable to deal with.Highly recommended seeing Isaac if you need help with your current device or thinking of buying new.Thank you Isaac.

We wanted to buy a new Galaxy S22 Ultra. Based on the reviews we decided to go to Best Buy Mobile in the mall. From the moment Shane started to talking to us, it felt that he was annoyed we were even there. He was extremely rude, condescending and impatient. I would have paid cash right then and there but he said they wouldn't make any money if I bought it outright. It was actually a bit embarrassing to be treated so rudely and either and with each additional question, he seemed to get worse. We were pretty discouraged so we went home and ordered a phone directly from Samsung. My daughter was stunned. I am a business owner in the community and as an owner I would want to know if my employee treated a customer this way. They may need to do a review of their customer service policy. I can understand people having a bad day but this was a horrible experience and not good business.

Bought a new phone on Black Friday, they had the best deals...went in for 1 phone came out with 2 with zero down and $400 in Best Buy Gift Certificates as an added bonus. The line up was very long but with deals like that it was understandable with all the sales and bonus offers on that day!!!!

We had an excellent experience with Shiv that helped us purchased an iPhone X with a case and screen guard for my daughter . She made sure that we were getting the best value, set up our new phone, installed the screen guard, and answered every single question we had without hesitation. She genuinely was very happy to be helping us the entire time we were there and made us feel important . It was a fantastic shopping experience and I will be going back to see HER in the future for all of my families cell phone needs.

We got 3 phones.. very friendly service....... the set up my new phone for me.... didn't have to do a thing.... we get new phones every 2 years on black Friday... best buy on phones and the $ 675.00 in gift cards was great
