I'd love to give a higher rating...but after staff chuckled that my daughter and weren't going to buy anything...they then proceeded to follow us around the shop and make us very uncomfortable I don't feel like i enjoyed my experience. Staff was rude and judgemental and that will be my last visit to this store. Very disappointing because they had beautiful products and we were looking for a gift.

I enjoy the selection of jewelry and products but unfortunately I feel as if you are watched like a hawk when in this store. Specifically this one lady with dark shoulder length hair. It makes for an uncomfortable shopping environment and I avoid this store when I come into town.

I recently purchased a pair of earrings which I paid $25 for and they are infecting my ear. I phoned and was advised that I am not able to return these earrings so therefore I have to just eat my $25 and not be able to wear the earrings I purchased. I will definitely not be purchasing from this store anymore.

Really cute must-see little local shop, if you love local, sustainable, organic product. Fun to look around the shop on a Sunday Stroll through downtown.

Some very nice items for your living place.

I don't like leaving negative reviews for businesses, as I am a business owner myself. However, the staff in this store need coaching and better training on interactions with customers. A few friends of mine and I went to visit during a girls day of shopping in Kamloops. We drove from over an hour away. The sales people displayed an attitude and were not helpful. They came off defensive and unappreciative for our business. We ended up making a purchase, but the whole experience felt uncomfortable; bad vibes. The owner should look into what's happening in their store. I would suggest hiring some secret shoppers to report back on how their staff is behaving to their customers.

Love this place. I find Kamloops has very few options for quality kitchenware so this is my go to place for that. It also reminds me of one of my favourite shops in Saskatoon called The Better Good and is great for the conscious consumer.

Great store with a variety of items to fill any room in the house. They have a cute selection of clothing and baby/infant items too. With a large inventory of beautiful items make sure to block off some time to browse through.

Definitely a worth stop if you are looking for kitchen stuff. They carry high brand like Le Creuset and have many little kitchen gadgets. The back as some clothing and shoe wear a bit different than the norm. Prices are reasonable as well
