We are a locally owned Self Storage Facility that relies on our entrance gate to provide efficient, and reliable operation to allow our clients access to the facility. Recently our gate was damaged to the extent it could not be repaired but needed to be replaced. We obtained several quotes and chose Rite-Way. They were very responsive, provided the best pricing, and the installation occurred on the date and time promised. The installation crew was very easy to work with, the estimator was professional and the product is exactly what we wanted. Zero response on this, multiple emails and phone calls with messages. Started off well, then was ghosted. As a small business trying to quote a project the staffing in Commercial Estimate division here is absolutely brutal with customer service. Had to start all over with another company. Would not recommend wasting your time with this business

I don't think I've ever had such a terrible experience buying anything from a company, ever. I ordered and paid many thousands of dollars for a large fencing system which turned out after months waiting, the material was never ordered. They would not return my money even after returning the merchandise, then states they will return only a portion of my money even though a moving truck was hired and paid for on my end to return their product. I'm still waiting for a refund, which I'm told they're working on it"

We we’re told, by the manager, that he couldn’t help us because it wasn’t his job. The good news is that we got to waste half and hour until one of his employees came back to help. If the manager was attempting to be deliberately unhelpful then he succeeded.The experience was comical insofar as their in ability to be of assistance.I suggest finding another shop.

I tried to place an order on line for privacy slat. I spent a week dealing with Dan and found him completely unresponsive and uncooperative. When I asked questions he would just email me the exact same product information sheet. I place my order and didn’t hear back for 4 days. I called in and asked if there was someone more cooperative to deal with, and was told he is the only one who does self install projects. I called Phoenix fencing and got don’t on 5 minutes what Dan was not capable of doing in a week. When I emailed him and called him out on his lack of customer service, he never apologized, just blamed it on being to busy. Poor excuses never make good customer service. Please train your staff better in customer service. But hey thanks for saving me money! Phoenix is cheaper and knows what customer service is! Thanks

I needed a small upgrade (larger gate) to my larger Rite-way fencing layout that is on a property we just bought. Even thought my project was tiny relative to the vastly larger projects that RW does, they treated me just like I was a big customer. This says a lot for their professionalism and integrity. It started with Dan in sales, and then my next interaction was with the shipping guys. All were great and extremely helpful. Additionally; Their product (in this case chain link) is vastly superior to the stuff you buy at the lumber/hardware stores. Much heavier gauge material, bigger diameter posts/rails and a finish that looks like it will last for 50 years. All in all, I highly recommend this company and their product.

My aunt, Terry was not happy about her recent experience this is her review.I had one side of my fence done by this company 5 years ago and was very happy with the results and called them for a quote to do the other side this spring. After 3 weeks of waiting for Brent to send a quote I called the office. Spoke to Tanya who explained they were so busy but that she would come out and do an estimate. She did and promised a quote in a day or so. It has now been another month and still no quote! This is a straight run of fence

Rite-Way replaced an old wooden fence with chain link on the commercial site that I look after. I was amazed how quick they have got it completed.Recently our new fence was damaged. Guys inspected the damage and got repairs done on the same day. Mike H. was great at communicating and arranging the repairs.
