Phenomenal!!!My sister brought me with her to shop for her wedding dress, when we got there we were met by Tia, and a few other very wonderful ladies. My sister picked a few dresses, I picked a few and Tia picked many! As she tried the dresses on Tia was so helpful and wonderful and just absolutely amazing. I have never seen my sister so comfortable with a human other then myself when trying anything on! We finally got down to two choices and with it only being me she couldn't choose. All the ladies working there came in to help us decide and it was delightful. I am happy to say that she said YES to the dress while shedding a few tears!I am so great full for this group of women and this bridal shop, now I can spend the next 10 months not going to dress stores! THANK YOU SO MUCH.I will recommend Tia and the ladies there to anyone looking for a wedding dress! My sister left with a smile on her face, and having known her for the 24 years of my life that is no simple task.:)

I cannot say enough good things about this store! Erika made my experience very memorable! She put me at ease and actually Removed any stress I had looking for my vow renewal dress! She's the best at what she does!

Erika is is extremely helpful and accommodating which makes shopping for a wedding dress a breeze! I had a lovely time trying on dresses, the whole experience was so positive and pleasant.

I want to start out by saying that the woman who owns this shop was incredibly sweet and we stan. However, our experience here was terrible. The employee who was assisting us was a bit unprofessional in how she interacted with us. She was standoffish and made us feel extremely rushed and unimportant. She didn't once ask what our budget was and then would suggest and pick out dresses that were very out of our price range which always led to an uncomfortable conversation that we had to keep having. The bride wanted her Best friend to assist her in the dressing room and the employee made a condescending comment about how she's not needed and would just go eat her lunch instead. There were some dresses the bride loved and wanted to try on and the employee discouraged her from trying it on. Essentially she was rude and rushed us out like we were an inconvenience. She lost a potential sale for her employer. We were excited to go, we're just disappointed in the outcome in our visit. Also i hope this isn't cyber bullying but like please treat people better.

I just had the most exquisite experience at The Wedding Chapel Bridal Boutique, thanks to Erika! What a wonderful, attentive, passionate woman you are, you made my day even more perfect than I could have imagined.After showing Erika a few pictures of the dresses I liked, she knew exactly what to pull out and made sure I tried different fits, materials and colours so that I didn’t leave with any regrets. Once I found my perfect gown, she gave us plenty of time to enjoy the moment but also shared our excitement. We really appreciated her positive energy!Once again, Erika, thank you for making this special day a perfect experience for my mom, mother-in-law and myself, we are so very grateful!

Visited this gem of a store today with my daughter who was shopping for her wedding dress. Erika was the most welcoming person I’ve ever encountered in a bridal shop. We’ve been to two others and had not received anything close to her energy and wonderful personality. You can tell she truly loves what she does. She was extremely helpful while we spent a few hours there, never feeling rushed. My daughter found her dream dress at this wonderful boutique and will be back for bridesmaids dresses. Erika, you truly know how to make people feel very special. Would. definitely recommend this place to any future brides. (Mother of the bride)
