Laurie was so helpful when designing my wedding flower arrangement! I knew I wanted sunflowers, white and purple and that was about it. My bouquet, bridesmaid's bouquet and centerpieces were even more beautiful than imagined! The photographer even noted how exquisite they were and she's been to many weddings! I definitely recommend this charming Preston flower shop with superior customer service.

I can not recommend My Flower Shop enough. Great customer service, bouquet was clearly put together with care and it was delivered on time. The bouquet that my mom received for her birthday was stunningly beautiful, fresh and vibrant! I will 100% be ordering from MFS again in the future!! Thank you!!

Lorie at My Flower Shop was fantastic to work with! She was very helpful as I planned the flowers for my wedding, great with communication and everything arrived on time and was beautiful! my bouquet and the bridesmaids were lovely and corsages and boutonnieres were perfect! All reasonably priced and a great experience!

I had an incredible experience with Laurie and her team for my wedding. She personally delivered all the flowers to the venue and they stole the show - amazing. My bouquet was absolutely stunning and everything was so reasonably priced

I take it that a Lorie Henry is the owner of this establishment at least she is the person I was communicating with regarding a job. She's highly unprofessional! I emailed her on the day of my interview to ask if we could meet on a different day that particular week because I wasn't feeling well, she emailed me back and said 'sure let me get back to you'. I emailed her back asking her to please let me know ASAP so I would know how to plan the rest of my week (being as I did want to give our interview priority) and how to proceed with other jobs, well she went and said to me to go ahead and plan the rest of my week, in other words no indication as to when she could see me. Don't go and say to someone that sure you can meet them on a different day that week and then they're trying to find out from you what day and time will work for you and you're telling them to go plan the rest of their week and not giving any indication as to when you can see them. Just really sloppy! I would definitely take the negative reviews to heart and believe them because this person just came across to me extremely sloppy and unprofessional so I can only imagine how she is with orders and customers in general.

I ordered flowers today over the phone for my wife and specified that I would be paying with some cash and the rest on debit (because I didn't have much money). I got there and my order was ready right on time for when I walked in the door and as I start to pay I reminded the woman I was doing split tender. I gave her the bill that I had and then started digging for some change so I could even out the balance so I could pay the last little bit on debit and she stopped me by saying that I was all paid up and I was confused knowing I owed more money and she decided in that moment to give me a spontaneous discount! I was very surprised and extremely thankful. I told her she made me and my wife's day and that I could save my last 5 dollars for something else.
