Complete Performance Centre

I was asked to see a physio by my doctor and the Complete Performance Centre was suggested. I was lucky to have been assigned Laura Markovic as my therapist and she has been treating me for a few months now.Laura has been amazing and that shows in how hard it is to get an appointment with her. She listens to me as I describe my aches, the best I can and she has been getting me fixed up one joint at a time.I would highly recommend Laura. They have suggested other therapists when she hasn't been available on my preferred days, but I would rather move my schedule than go to someone else.Keep it up Laura!

I can't say enough good things about the physio program at CPC!! They have worked miracles with my son Jacob and we are truly grateful for the thoughtful care he receives!

World class facility filled with amazing and knowledgeable people! The owner, Rich, is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers and his staff. He is always looking to enhance your experience at CPC by improving the facility and equipment, keeping his staff up to date with new training methods and by being around to listen to his customers and his staff. CPC is the place to go to reach your fitness/health goals. If you are an athlete in the GTA and Durham area I highly suggest you book time at CPC with one of their top notch trainers today!

The rating is for the pavement/ parking! Please have this fixed. It's been like this for years and it's so horrible to drive on. So many pot holes and when it rains/snows the puddle gets bigger. We come 5x a week for soccer and it's not easy to drive there. With all that money coming in I'm sure you can have this fixed in no time.4 years a go the owner of this place commented on one of the review that it will be getting fixed in spring. Not sure what happened because nothing has been done and it's just getting worse and worse.

I am very fortunate to have met Dr. McCrae who is a very knowledgeable and caring individual. He has helped me over the years with my injuries (sciatica, back spasms, and rotator cuff tear).During one of my visits., I found out that Dr. McCrae is a certified Golf Fitness Instructor at the Titleist Performance Institute. I really wanted to get back on the golf course but I was afraid to hurt my back again. Dr. McCrae offered his professional help. After a full functional analysis, he created a golf program for me that helped improve my muscle flexibility, joint mobility, core strength and overall muscle balance. I witnessed results in my game almost immediately.Ever since I have been seeing Dr. McCrae, I have been pain free and really enjoying my time on the golf course.Thank you!

Avoid it by all means! I took an appointment with the dietitian at 5 and came all the way from Toronto to Ajax only to find that the dietitian was leaving and is not aware of the appointment. I wasted both my time and gas in rush hours and got nothing in return. I would never go there again, and I wish there is zero star to give them.

I had recently suffered a hip injury (bruise) from playing ice hockey as I was having difficulty putting weight on my leg. I had heard positive things in the locker room about the Compete Performance Centre so I decided to make a physical therapy appointment.First off, the CPC facilities were very impressive - friendly staff and very clean atmosphere. All of the furniture and equipment were brand-new and clean which is something I'm very keen on.I saw Dr. Kevin McCrae who I found to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to quickly diagnosis my injury as hip bursitis and gave me the proper treatment (massage, ultra-sound, cold compress) in the 1 hour appointment along with informing me what exercises that I should be doing to prevent this injury in the future. On top of that, Dr. McCrae called me the following day to see how my hip was (which he didn't have to). I was able to get back on my skates within 24 hours thanks to the treatment that Dr. McCrae gave me which I think speaks volumes.I highly recommend Dr. McCrae and the CPC. I definitely would go back here if I suffer another sport-related injury.

Great place for rehab..my experience with jenn has been productive and enjoyable. As the name implies, this centre has all the professionals, facilities and services to address your physical performance needs. Highly recommend

This location is ok.It does the job

Grade: A+Beautiful facility designed for today's athlete.Of all the great attributes this place has to offer, the one most worth noting is the staff. Having doctors that actually listen to you, internalize what you say, and then design a program to address exactly what ails you is amazing and unprecedented.In the past I have been able to get nothing more than ok" and "use this cookie cutter approach". Dr. McCrae took the time and put in the effort to build a program to fix my injuries
