I popped into the store to enquire about trading in my old phone, this was at 3pm. The guy in the store was dealing with one customer and had two waiting. He asked me what I wanted and when I said to discuss a trade in him bluntly told me he won’t see me today he’s too busy so come back.I would have expected better service from Bell. I went from there over the street to Rogers, they had more staff on and helped me immediately. It’s not the fact that he was busy as I was happy to wait, it’s the fact he decided he wasn’t going to help me as clearly he was too busy..!!!

My wife and I needed new cell phones as well as plans. I had visited the store earlier in the week and asked a ton of questions to sales person Ali. As part of my due diligence I also checked out other providers. In the end it really came down to the big three service providers.What truly made the difference was the service we received at this Bell mobility location. My wife and I had a couple follow up questions on Sunday and we arrived at 3:45 pm and the store closed at 4 pm. I told Ali that we could come back the following day to do the paperwork. Ali without hesitation offered to do the paperwork right then.Ali took the time to explain all of the different plans and asked us specific questions to make sure that we were getting the appropriate plans and cell devices. He was very patient and even apologized about keeping us past 4 pm even though it was us that kept him late.At about 5 pm we were done. Ali told us that he would come in early on Monday morning to transfer the data from our old phones to our new ones so all we had to do is come in and pick up our phones.Probably the best service I have received in a long time !! Would definitely recommend this location and if you are fortunate Ali as your sales person.

Was switching mobility providers needed a SIM card, which was suppose to be mailed but didn't arrive (wrong address) so I was directed to a Bell store. I have been to this store before.Received excellent customer service and lots of help setting up my account (there was some technical issues) Thanks to Damien and Nada for all there help. I would have really struggled if I had to deal with this on my own.
