Overall and excellent company to work with. Jodi did a great job in helping us select the right fireplace. He also pointed us in the right direction for the stone work that ended up all being coordinated and installed by Edmonton Fireplaces. The installation crew was great! They did special framing for the fireplace and speaker. They also ran the electrical we needed. Overall, I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire project. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new fireplace.

Amazing!!! Jodi was awesome from the office cueing everything up perfectly. The installers were gentleman, professional and did a great job cleaning up afterward. Jason (the owner) was on site for the install and went the extra mile and installed my mantle brackets at no charge. Jason also stayed around and built an enormous fire and walked me through all the features of my Ventis wood burner. We are very very happy. Very honest and fair pricing.

Owner Jason, Jodi Snow and crew chief Darcy were fantastic to deal with. Their tiler Rawad is a master craftsman. Had tons of questions and they were very professional and patient to deal with. These guys are technically strong and very flexible to deal with. Purchased a wood stove and the Sale and Install was executed flawlessly. I would use these guys in a heartbeat and definitely recommend them

My pilot light was on, but my fireplace wouldn't start. After some internet searches, I had an inkling of what the problem might be. Called Edmonton Fireplaces to confirm. The fellow was so knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice of how to get my fireplace going safely on my own - at least temporarily. Lead to success on this very cold day (-34C). They even took the time to explain how to restart my pilot light. I will probably need a more permanent fix (replace thermopile) later on. Will definitely be calling Edmonton Fireplaces for this work. Really like the free, honest and helpful service I received. Other companies might have told me I needed to pay for a repairman to come out and do this simple procedure. Hard to find companies these days that will not try to take advantage of a woman when they call for help. Edmonton Fireplaces seems to be one of those places that build their business on integrity and service.

We were in the process of having some new flooring installed in our family room and decided at the last minute to also update our fireplace from a 20 year old model and to redo the dated tiling and mantle that surrounded the fireplace. Time was of an essence as the flooring was set to be installed in just a couple of weeks. Talked with Jodi and they were able to arrange to have a new fireplace installed and new tiling done within a week. The crew that replaced the fireplace were extremely efficient and helpful in answering any of the questions I had. The guys that did the tiling did a great job and again went above and beyond in ensuring we were satisfied with the end result. They even took extra time to install the mantle. Everyone involved did a great job and the finished product looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend Edmonton Fireplaces to anyone wanting to update the look of their fireplace.

Great local company!! From the sale of the stove, to working with Jodi in the showroom, to the install 1.5 hours out of town at my cabin with Jason, these guys handled the process with great customer service, as well as not cutting corners even to their own expense after I told them wrong dimensions, they fixed my mistake with a smile. Already recommended to a friend and he received the same experience.

We Jason at the Edmonton Home show five years ago. He sold us our second gas fireplace for our basement.He went out of he way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Jason and company have been very dependable and an excellent resource for parts and service.

Just had my fireplace replaced- changed from an older floor model to a linear model. Jodi, Mike and the crew were terrific to work with. Excellent workmanship, timely, efficient and personable. Would highly recommend them!!
