Rented a canoe & travelled the canal through the park. Saw awesome wildlife. Well worth it. Staff was a great help getting the dog in the canoe as this was her first canoe trip.

Was my first kayaking experience and loved it.Pinery provides amazing service, helpful staff and lowest rates for kayak and canoes.Highly recommend this to someone who have never had any experience with kayaks or canoes.

Right at the center of the park and steps are very straight forward. We did a 2 hr canoe and got to explore a lot. The scenic canal is very serene and calm compared to other parks I have been at, plus fishes, turtles, dragonfly sightings along with beautiful water lilies in the marsh. Definitely recommend anyone visiting the park to take part.

Very quick and easy to rent a canoe. Not alot of paperwork. Prices are not bad and the staff are helpfull getting you in and out of the kayaks or canoes you rented. The river you go out on is calm and wide.

Straightforward and easy. Fill out the waiver and head down to get your life jacket. Staff will go over rules of the water in your canoe or kayak. River is calm, long and wide for plenty of room to row. Gorgeous views. Highly recommend as an addition to your camping trip. Only downside is the queue is quite long at the start but worth it.

Good for camping, trekking, cycling, canoeing and kayaking. Not good for fishing area as there are lots of people canoeing and kayaking. The camp sites are good as well. We went to beach nearby and it was good but no parking. You have to park at the side of the road. Usually during summer they are full packed. So be there early in the morning.

A must activity to enjoy the beauty of Old Ausable Channel. Friendly staff. Patient with new renters to make comfortable. Affordable pricing. Life jackets provided. Hours: 8AM-7PM. Last rental at 545PM. Start with 1 hour rental and pay the difference if rented longer. Canoe, Kayak (single/double), Stand Up Paddle or Corcle at 1, 2 hours or day options. Adult/Youth/Tandem Bikes & Trailers rental on 1/2 hours/daily basis. Firewood & worms also available.
