My company uses ActiveCo for its IT services. It is very convenient to contact them with issues - online, e-mail or phone. The staff is very helpful and prompt. I am always learning new information on security from the training modules.

Our company has been with ActiveCo for almost a year and they are amazing!! Their response time is great and I'm in Ontario. They work diligently to figure out issues, they are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.

ActiveCo has great for larger infrastructure migration and deployment projects. However while their IT support staff is adequate for simple use cases, I often find that anything more complex (which is most often what sparks a service request) requires escalation beyond their level 1 staff’s ability to quickly troubleshoot. That being said, outsourcing our IT needs to a ActiveCo has definitely reduced our internal resource drain while increasing the security of our networks, and redundancy in IT expertise.
