Received a letter stating that we owe them money. No one has reached out... no was has picked up their phone.... even the home owner was unaware they had made a claim on their home.

Recently dealt with claims pro for some restoration on our home after a storm. I found them to be professional, friendly and kind. Big shout out to Gordon at the Victoria office for his efficiency and speed at getting this coordinated. He was very kind and helpful. Another shout out to to Carrie E in Calgary who did the remainder of our claim. Everyone at ClaimsPro has made a stressful time much easier on our family. Canfield thank them enough

Awful customer service. The adjuster was completely unhelpful and I ended up having to do most of the legwork for her. If your insurance company wants to use them, RUN!
