Great overall experience. Went to buy honda Accord, our sales person was Mena. She did everything possible to make us happy. Car went for inspection, detailing in a matter of a day. Super fast service. Great place to buy first or not first car :)

I Bought a pre owned luxury vehicle from the southside location. I called and texted the sales person to confirm if there was any damages on the vehicle and they said no. I took the sales persons word and signed the paperwork. I went to go pick up the vehicle and found Multiple damages on it. I spoke to the sales person and they Shrugged their shoulders and said it's a used vehicle. The vehicle was not detailed properly and as I was driving it home the vehicle had a hard time slowing down, I was concerned so i took it to a certified shop to get it checked out. The shop inspected the vehicle and found that the brakes had to be replaced, and also a list of of other mechanical failures that required Immediate attention which came to $12,000. I held off and took it to another certified shop and got the same result.

Bought a vehicle recently with them... Talha made sure to offer what was needed to close the deal and closed in the pending items. Even after, when some of them were to be addressed, they referred me to their workshop and provided excellent service. So far so good!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst experience I ever had. Highly recommend not to buy anything at this place. Bought a car there last year, biggest mistake. The car is constantly broken, it started right away, but if I try calling them I got ignored.

Omg the worst place ever to buy a vehicle!! My son bought a vehicle there and only had it 2 months. The car packed it in on the highway, had to get it towed. The guy Talha that owns the place never returned his calls. My son was without a vehicle for 3 weeks!! And now has to pay $1200 in repairs because this guy sold him a dud!! Very bad business and will be reporting to the BBB!!!!

We got a 2011 BMW X5 last year in May. When we first got it, it had already had an errorcode in the system saying that we had to check the break fluid. One star for being kind enough to pay for that. The shop we went to couldn’t believe that the dealership didn’t even care to give an oil change yet alone a good clean. But that’s not even the biggest issue. We have to fix it constantly. Waterpump, engine, oil gasket leak and so on. Talha also tried to hide that it had accidents and two owners, not knowing that we pulled the carfax report. We shouldn’t have bought this car and I can not recommend this Dealership. Unprofessional and shady. Big loss on our end!
